Bought a Skyline sewing machine from here. Most amazing machine I've ever owned. The staff we so friendly and knowledgeable. Prices and the lessons cant be beat. Amazing resource place to have if you're a professional or hobbiest.

Absolute Gem of a place. No where in Toronto can you get a one off monogram as per need. Sandra and her team treats every work and every client, however small with professionalism and respect. I own a custom made suit business and Sandra's knowledge of embroidery and monogramming has been essential in executing difficult jobs requested by my clients. Sandra is a straight shooter, knows her stuff. Respect her experience and knowledge and she will always point you the right way! Cheers!

Absolutely atrocious behaviour from the owner, I will not be returning again and if you have elsewhere to go I suggest you do the same.

There is a limited selection of yarns, which is understandable considering that this is a sewing store. They sell Estelle and Cascade yarns, as well as some other brands. Most of their yarns are wool, alpaca, or a wool blend. They also have a section of baby yarns. They have a nice selection of knitting needles, including my favorite - Chiaogoo knitting needles. I haven't been able to shop here since the pandemic and their website seems super old and doesn't list the items they sell. It would be great if I was able to order online from this store.

Don't take your sewing machine to be repaired here. They quoted $400 for a $50 repair. They're taking advantage of people.

Walked in and NO ONE THERE. Called out, called out, wandered around, kept saying hello, is anyone here? Finally when I was on the way out the door I could hear this woman heaving herself up some back stairs grumbling about how she was legally entitled to take a 30 min. break, with her food still in her hand. Sorry? How is this my fault? She started going off about how she was hungry etc. Poor English, rude behaviour, I hope that wasn't the owner, and if it wasn't, he/she should probably get a new employee. How on earth they are still in business I don't know.

Went in to get 4 short names embroidered on some beach towels. She wanted $160! $40 for 4 letters on a towel is ridiculous. When I questioned if I heard the price correctly, she went off about how she went to school for 1.5 years and has expensive software. So she refuses to work for nothing. I hope she’s not the owner! Not just bad customer service, ZERO customer service. When I turned to leave after explaining its not in my budget. She cheekily suggested I try the iron on letter. Yeah right. Don’t waist your time with this place.

When I brought my machine in for repair they were helpful. The woman who works at the shop taught me to use a tool that will reduce some of the wear and tear on my machine. As a self-taught seamstress, it is wonderful to pick up useful tips like this. I understand that with supply chain disruptions and labour limitations, it can be hard for them to get parts quickly. I am happy to wait for what I know from past experience will be well-done repairs to my machine.
