Great selection as well :) Alexis was very helpful in assisting me with finding the right material for my class project. Karyn taught an amazing class on serging, and I now have the confidence to thread my serger and adjust the tension accordingly. I also learned a few new skills in the class, such as a rolled hem. Karyn and Leo have been extremely helpful in assisting me with determining which machine is the right one for me, based on my needs. I was able to test out the machines they have available in their shop, and this really helped me narrow down my choices. Keep up the great work Karyn and team, and I can't wait to see you folks again soon!

The vast array of brightly-colored fabric is impressive and refreshing. There are also sewing machines available for instruction. The staff is friendly and down to Earth.

The service offered during the worst of Covid was excellent and those bundles of colourful cloth got many through some dark days. Take one of their classes if you’re learning, it’s a fantastic experience! I no longer live in the city and still shop the workroom online for all my personal garment projects!!
