★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best bakery ever. I love the pastries. To me they don't shy out of any others I ever tried. The turnovers and danishes are to die for. My fave sandwich is the tomato arugula. The decor and ambiance are delightful. Customer service is friendly and welcoming.

It just so happens that they also do it with 100% plant based ingredients. They've been doing it for decades, which explains why you wouldn't be able to discern any difference in taste, texture or quality. Plus, the owners are down to earth, kind, accommodating, good peoples! Highly recommend you check them out. It will become a new favorite spot guaranteed.

Everything here from croissants, scones, bagels to cakes and even drinks (hot chocolate and coffee) scream of sophistication and high quality ingredients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vegan croissants are the hardest thing to find and Vegan Danish Bakery has mastered the art of it! Soft, flaky, baked to perfection. Plain are simply great and the almond croissant is an elevation.
Other Favourites are the danishes and butter tarts. You can taste the quality and they don’t overcompensate for flavour with sugar. So happy to discover and support this sweet vegan bakery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is our second time finding vegan croissants, first was in Brooklyn and those were pretty damn good. These croissants were great! Flaky but soft inside, crispy and delicate outer shell. The filling was almond and it was delicious, not to over filled. We also grabbed a cherry danish. I'm not too familiar with danish pastries so I can't compare to another I had but this pastry was to die for, great tasting filling that I think was fresh cherries. The wait is not long and the staff was very friendly. We'll definitely be making this a must stop for when we are in Toronto, highly recommended!
