โ โ โ โ โ Marina was extremely helpful in finding me a long shank zigzag presser foot for my newly acquired vintage Viking sewing machine. I also wanted a zipper foot and she sold me one and said I could return it if it didn't fit. The zigzag foot worked perfectly but the zipper foot didn't align properly with my needle. I brought it back and Marina was very helpful in trying to understand why it didn't align. She replaced the earlier one and added that she would order another if this one didn't work. I was delighted to find that it fit perfectly. One word of caution though, make sure you call and ask when the person you need will be there, otherwise you may make the trek there and find that the person you want is out.

โ โ โ โ โ I'm so glad I found this place. Not only did they fix my machine, it works better than ever. The owners are also really nice and incredibly helpful. I love that they sell notions and other sewing supplies. I highly recommend them.

I bought my sewing machine here and it is a fantastic machine. The owners of the shop always help me with any questions I have and I'm a beginner so I have lots of questions!
There is handy parking right beside it also.

โ โ โ โ โ They fixed my machine on the spot! I brought it in just after lunchtime to take a look at my misaligned needle which kept causing needles to break and made changing the needle endlessly fiddly. Within 15 minutes, my machine was fixed for a very fair price, and he even threw in a pack of new needles. Great service! I'm so grateful.

โ โ โ โ โ They did a fantastic job. fixing my near useless cordless Dyson. It has a new lease of life and is as good as new. They repaired it the same day and for a very reasonable rate.
Their sewing machines and supplies are also excellent. My wife shops there and tells me that she can always find what she needs and they give her fantastic advice.

โ โ โ โ โ The couple were really friendly and I really wanted to like this place, but I was really unhappy with the end result. When I brought my sewing machine home, the problem was still there (although not as bad as before), and after a couple days, my machine was just as bad as it was when I took it in.
The worst part was that the man asked if I wanted the machine cleaned and oiled, and I said no, because I just do that myself. He said he would do it anyways, and when I got the machine home and let it sit for a few hours, a pool of oil had formed on the work surface. It had dripped down from inside the machine. I opened the machine cover and it was dripping with oil. The oil wasn't carefully applied to the moving parts, but it was on every surface. Even after dabbing as much of it off as possible, a few weeks later a drop of oil fell onto my fabric :(
I don't know what to do about my machine, and I wish I had just saved the money I spent here and used it towards a new machine.

โ โ โ โ โ The owners are both very kind and knowledgeable. They have fixed and tuned many machines for me, within a few weeks, depending on the season. Also, recently after tuning my mom's machine, we had an issue with the plug blowing out a few months later (my fault probably) and he was willing to fix it on the spot, for next to nothing. Not cheap, but fair, and he has many years of experience and I trust him. Highly recommend this business :)
