I have used several lawyer's over my life and Patricia has been the best I have experienced. My wife and I are grateful for all her help, especially during the very stressful purchase and sale on the same day. Patricia even stayed past her closing time on the day of the sale to ensure the deal closed.

Can't say enough about Ms. Gan, who I first contacted when I was going away and as sole-support parent of two needed a will that wasn't a boilerplate. In less than 2 weeks I signed that will and had a copy for my executor - and everything was explained! Since then Ms. Gan has assisted with estate planning, and had the insight to offer the appropriate tax professional recommendation. She and her staff are always responsive and knowledgeable! She was wonderful to work with and she took the time to explain the process and each document to us. We also decided it was a good time to also set-up Wills and Power of Attorneys. She used her experience and knowledge to draw up our wishes and gave us some smart recommendations. Her fees are very reasonable and the customer service via, email, phone and in-person are exceptional. We will go back for any future needs. :)

โ โ โ โ โ Did a condo 30 day closing with Patricia based on our realtor's recommendation (they have been working together for over a decade) and I have to say I was very pleased with the process. To start off Kimberly the law clerk forwarded me to Patricia to discuss her services and to add a personal touch. She was straight forward with prices, friendly and qualified from start to finish (initial call to signing the papers). Her legal assistant Kimberly I cannot speak highly enough, she was on top of everything doing her part faster then I thought possible. Sometimes I sent a document at 7pm and she was on it 30 minutes later (when the office was closed mind you). Lastly Patricia said her costs with a mortgage outside of the big 6 banks was $300 extra (due to our extra hassle of paperwork) but due to our mortgage being smoother it was brought down to $150. If your looking to close a mortgage I would recommend using Patricia bad Kimberly based on my experience with them.
