We would recommend Gus and his team very highly to anyone! Truly a pleasure to work with. This was our 1st home purchase so obviously was a little more than daunting on my wife and I but like I said, smoothly and easily! Couldn’t have been happier with the services provided. He educated us on things to look out for and highlighted potential issues with certain properties. As we looked at multiple houses, Gus never pushed us or made it feel like we had to buy a house immediately. When we finally found the house we liked during an open house, Gus came to visit the house with for a second time with only a few hours notice. I would definitely use Gus as an agent again and recommend him to anybody who is looking to buy a house.

He is extremely knowledgeable about homes, price, and quality - we trusted his opinion 100%. Gus was also really flexible with arranging viewing times around our schedules (he came to see a home with us within a couple hours of us asking him!) He was able to negotiate a buying price for us that was within our budget for our home. He has also been extremely helpful in recommending trades people for our new home (plumber, custom blinds, millworker).
