When selling our house they went above and beyond our expectations. They had a well planned out strategy which included a comprehensive media campaign and staging which resulted in a large number of showings, which we believe lead to the quick sale of our house. We must note that they staged the house so beautifully we almost didn’t want to move! They also helped us find our forever home in our desired neighborhood, and even offered decor and furniture advice after the fact. They truly are the best at what they do and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone wishing to sell or buy a home.

Pavlena was extremely helpful from the very start: she showed us a good range of properties to get an idea of what was available on the market, and had fantastic knowledge of every neighbourhood in the West End. She talked us through the unfamiliar buying process, especially when we were confused or nervous, and she gave us excellent advice during the bid process. She got us to bid for the property to win it, and we were successful on the first property we bid on. We've been moved in for a few months now and are delighted with our home. Pavlena knows the market inside out and, beyond that, knows houses so well. She gave us great advice on what renovations we might be able to do and how much they might cost, so we could really think about the houses we looked at and how much work they might be and how expensive renovations would be. We really appreciated Nested and Pavlena's help - without them, we doubt we'd have got the home we wanted and we're very grateful for their help.
