Anna and the Babiak team are the best! As first-time home buyers in Toronto, the process can be daunting, stressful and discouraging. Anna went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and was able to find us a wonderful new home in our ideal neighbourhood (that we thought was a pipe dream.) Beyond being very professional, responsive, and a joy to work with, she was also able to gather all kinds of information about the houses we were interested in to help us make informed decisions. Very unprofessional Theodore is, reached out to get some information on selling my house. Didn't have anytime to deal with me, gave me the wrong information. The impression I felt he was more interested in the commission than he was in doing a good job for myself and my wife. I wouldn't recommend Babiak Team for any of my real estate needs. Be Aware.
