★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was camping in Jasper NP. On Saturday, Sept 4th we needed a part for our heater. Being Saturday, I called confirmed they were open and they had the part I needed. Drove 2.5 hours and when I arrived I was told that the parts dept. closed early for a family emergency. I can understand family emergencies, I just have a hard time understanding how no one else trained to help and/or sell parts.
