★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best service ever. Staff know the thing or two about bikes. Will not upsale if you know nothing. After sales service is also 5 stars. I got my bike suspension service, cut steerer tub and handle bar and was charged 2 CAD for new shorter nut, but everything else was included into first tune up service. As opposite - my local bike shops will not do anything like that for brand new bike first free service, only basic stuff like gearing tune, general bike inspection and that is it... not even brake bleed :D Cutting tubes ( which should be part of new bike adjustment to the owner also cost extra money). So anyway... not only great shop, but great staff, great service, and most importantly great AFTER SALE service... something very rare these days.

I was ghosted by a lot of different shops in a couple different towns regarding getting this work done, and Dan stepped up. Was incredibly helpful throughout the process. I'll definitely be going there again for anything bike related! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife was looking into buying a new saddle for her mountain bike as she was suffering from pain when on longer rides with her current seat.
The guys at Flowt are amazing. They immediately took a measurement of my wife’s sit bones and recommended 2 suitable saddle models based on the measurements and her style of riding. They also offered to install the saddle free of charge. I’m addition to this they gave us trail recommendations for the Revelstoke area and beyond. Which lead us to the decision to drive down to Nakusp to check out their brand new amazing trail network. Thank you Flowt for an impeccable service! You’re the best in town!

Bought a new bike from them and they helped with parts swaps, warranty claims, etc. Any time I drop in, no matter who's serving me, I always feel welcome and well taken car of. I can think of nothing bad to say about this shop, thanks for your great service to the community!
