★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super patient, helpful staff. Good selection of quality ski and snow boarding equipment for rent. Also, a good selection of ex-rental and new stuff for sale. Defo recommend when you're in the area. Cheeper that the rental place at Sutton Place resort.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented a snowboard and boots from here which was by far the best quality equipment I'd ever hired in several trips in Canada, NZ, Aus and Japan. Unfortunately on my first day I was involved in an accident and could no longer continue boarding. The team at powder rentals were very lovely and gave me a full refund for my rental. No to mention the friendly service and advice they gave me to select my gear and understand what would work best for me. I'll be back to Revelstoke and I'll come back here without hesitation to get my stuff again. Great beanies in store too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had fantastic service here from advance booking and email communication all the way to drop -off. All the staff were fabulous. And an extra thank you for doing my bindings correctly - I had a big tumble but both skis came off and all was well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not sure how all the reviews are so good, but my wife was considering demoing a board and the staff really couldn't be bothered to help us. They were more interested in speaking French Canadian to each other. When we finally did speak with someone for a minute, we were given incorrect sizing advice (conflicting with Jones's own website). I would not recommend to anyone with other options in town.
Edit. I see that the owner responded with a false story. We visited early evening and it was not busy at all. As mentioned we were barely offered assistance and thus I would not recommend. There must be better options in town

Prices were fair for the quality you are offered. Special tx to Ryan, saw him on the hill and he was eager to know how the gear was performing and our feedback. excellent customer service...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great board selection.. Okay pricing, super nice guys though... Gave my buddy a free wax... Unfortunately got some old bad bindings on my rental that kept coming loose during the day... Broke my ankle on a critical turn on the cat track when bindings came undone... Out for 3 months
