Had a great day learning about mountain biking! As a beginner and a middle aged woman I felt very supported and the tips I was given helped a lot to increase my confidence. After the wandering wheels clinic I had one of the best rides of my life. All the laughs and bike maintenance tips just completed the experience.

I was a very shaky biker with little confidence before this course. Within 2 days I had better positioning, more confidence turning, a better understanding of my brakes and when/how much to use them, and was generally having so much more fun riding. I also found I was conserving a lot more energy by being a more efficient rider. Professional, fun and effective, this course paid for itself by mid-day day 1. Day 2 felt like a bonus! Thanks to the crew (Matt, Sahana and Luke).

I thoroughly enjoyed the Women's Flow Clinic with Wandering Wheels. Connor was a great teacher and had a great assistant named Mika. Both were a delight to be around. They are extremely well versed with bike knowledge, tips, and information. They also provided excellent bike instructions and tutorials. Luc the photographer was fantastic as well. It was all round great team that made the day enjoyable and left me feeling a lot more confident on my bike.

Absolutely fabulous. We had the most amazing day with Matt and Sahana. Matt is super knowledgeable about the trails and gave great trail and feature descriptions so we knew what to expect and could hold a good speed, even for our first time seeing them. He had a good sense of our abilities and chose perfect trails for us. We saw stunning sights and got a huge variety of terrain. Sahana is super sweet and took great care of us all day. They both had positive attitudes and were simply fun to be around!! Overall very professional and well-planned, but relaxed and upbeat. Definitely one of my favorite days on a bike - worth every penny.

Was my first heli bike drop and was an absolute blast. Scenic views from the top with a fun scramble to the summit. Steep hairpins to start things off to keep you on your toes. Then you roll through some wildflowers and have a hard time staying on the trail because it's so pretty. You take off down some rooty steep single track. Fun rollers and doubles to hit. It opens up to he fast and flowy at the bottom. Then you end with a short jump trail. Definitely a black trail top to bottom. The exposure is their but definitely not a huge concern if you are paying attention. Matt our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable giving us great suggestions of other trails to ride in the area. The dirt is surprisingly good because its so high up it doesn't dry out as fast. Overall well worth the money and I highly recommend wandering wheels for your next adventure.

Second year of Lively Lizards camp for my 6 years old daughter. She has greatly improved with this camp, built confidence, and a desire for more. The coaches were amazing, professional and stimulating for the kids. I highly recommand this camp for all young bike riders.

Attended a ladies MTB essentials clinic for new/novice riders and I can’t say enough great things. Kia + Conner are excellent instructors/coaches. The skills taught and then the ride to apply the skills were matched well. And the lunch provided was pretty sweet too.

My husband and I and a couple of friends took the Wandering Wheels Nepal Enduro Trip at the end of March/beginning of April 2022 and I can't say enough AMAZING things about every aspect of it. The main guide and owner, Matt Yaki, knew Nepal and the trails extremely well, and sorted out the logistics of an ever-changing environment like a pro! His attention to detail and pre-planning made our trip SO GREAT. He made sure we had a couple of calls before the trip to meet the group and ask questions, he spent a few weeks in Nepal prior to our arrival to ensure the trails we were planning on riding were in prime condition (although he had ridden pretty much all of them several times before), he made sure he collected which types of bike parts we have so that he had spare brake parts, tires, derailleurs, etc. He gave us detailed instructions on arriving to Nepal and was waiting for us at airport several hours before our arrival. ALSO, he knew all the great spots to eat, all the best coffee shops, best massage places and could navigate around the streets of Kathmandu like a wizard! He LOVES to ride and so do my husband and I - so we did a TON of riding. Probably 6-8 hours of shuttle-assisted riding a day for about 11 days over a 2-week period! There's no way we could ride that much if it wasn't for extremely detailed planning on Matt's part. A huge instrumental piece of the guiding trio who came in clutch whenever needed was our guide Om! Om was phenomenal. Born and raised near Pokhara, and living in Kathmandu, he knew every little detail of the area and spoke great English. Not to mention his massive knowledge and experience of the Himalayas- areas like the Annapurna circuit and everywhere else. He is a fantastic runner and biker. Om's smile makes you feel like a million bucks and he makes you happy just by being around!! "Let's go party!!!!" (famous Om quote). I always felt safe riding every trail there because Om was right behind me. And when I was extremely tired and there was a steep hike-a-bike section, Om would throw my bike over his shoulders and literally sprint to the top of the mountain. He worked closely with the shuttle drivers and guided them flawlessly. I would love to go back to Nepal if only to visit Om!! Our 3rd guide Connor was an absolute blast to have around! Dance parties and jokes and fun was had, so much fun! It was young Connor's first trip to Nepal and he handled everything so well and you could tell he thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. Connor, Matt and Om always loaded and unloaded all of our stuff, even our bikes after every shuttle which was pretty amazing. They can do all the mechanical stuff needed on bikes and Connor, like Om, will also run your bike up the hill if you want him to :) Connor took some amazing GoPro footage and tons of great photos and also made some great little video edits of our trip. I know I went on about the guides but they seriously made this trip awesome, and they even said they would be my friends after the trip haha. You can go to Nepal by yourself to ride bikes, but I wouldn't recommend it. The money you will spend on this trip will be soooo worth it. There's no way we could have done and seen everything we did without this trio. And the fact that you don't have to worry about booking lodging, booking trucks, finding cool places to eat, mechanical bike help, physical help, and finding drugs when you have bad tummy (yeah my guide even did that for me) goes a looong way. Not to mention, all the cool Nepali mt bike locals we met and the great hangouts at the local bike shop in Kathmandu. I'm getting teary eyed just thinking about how great it was. Seriously do it, you only live once!
