★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being French, I just about lost it when I saw the prices for cheese there. It’s so rare to find cheap tasty French cheese in BC! Good selection of charcuterie as well, just a little disappointed by the duck confit I got, it’s not what I call « confit »

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the coolest little store. They have lots of unique foods and super fresh produce. Honestly though, I go for the cheese. Their selection is unbeatable in Revelstoke.
Skip their bread and buy from la Baggett next door. Both times I tried their baguettes, they were pretty darn hard. Otherwise, fantastic little store!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed in town for a few days and never set foot in Save-On-Foods. This little shop has everything for making great meals - fresh produce, cheese, deli, spices, sauces (including various homemade vinaigrette) and frozen meat and seafood. I found the products of great quality and reasonably priced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cool little spot to pop into after a day on the mountain. They offer a wide selection of different food and a smaller list of beer/wine/drinks. I found that the food was fairly priced and quality was there, while serving sizes were a little smaller than I would have liked. The service was poor. I'm not sure I would return next time I'm in town. Lots of other neat places to check out in town.
