I brought my baby labradoodle here after getting recommendations from other dog owners and all I can say is that Dr Nour is a miracle worker. My baby was sick for months and my previous vet clinic could not figure it out despite the numerous expensive tests they kept requesting. Dr Nour took the time to listen to all my worries and was extremely patient with me and did not rush me once. He provided me with many different affordable options (in comparison to my previous vet). My baby is now back to his old self and I couldn't be more grateful and pleased with the service from the team at findlay creek animal hospital. I can't say thank you enough. Truly the best vet clinic out there!

Dr. Cochrane is so patient and caring. Our rescue pup has had negative experiences elsewhere and we just switched and she did great. So glad we switched and would recommend highly.

Katie provided absolutely outstanding customer service. Her genuine caring and compasion in providing advice and guidance for my dog's allergies until I could make an appointment during the week was greatly appreciated. Thank you again Katie!!!

We have been going to Dr.EMAD Nour with our dog since he opened . He is always professional and extremely knowledgeable but even more importantly- all the staff especially the veterinarian technician Summer she show a genuine love of animals compassion extremely knowledgeable about food and nutriance we were so impressed! Even their approach is to put the animals’ well-being first and never to encourage unnecessary treatment. We went in expecting that our dog needed surgery because of several concerning growths. Instead, Dr EMAD encouraged us to wait and monitor their size and the dog’s comfort level where other vets would simply recommend expensive surgery -regardless of whether or not it was essential. This allowed us to trust in his recommendations later when the situation required surgery, and it was expertly done. We cannot recommend this clinic highly enough.

I love this place! They're always so helpful; and they take great care of my bengal kittens . I’m a breeder and this litter was so aggressive I looked hard at all the vets in my area . We've had experiences with other vets where it seemed like all they cared about was making money off of us. So, we wanted to try someplace new. Findley creek Animal Hospital was different from the start. I never doubted that their primary concern was the welfare of our cats . They took the time to listen to us and our concerns. They recommend treatment, but always involve us in the discussion. And they take the most reasonable path that keeps our kittens health as the top priority. I really do appreciate it. Also there was a nurse /technician she said her name was ‘Sommer’ that came into the room to help out and weigh the kittens and check them out as I said these kittens are not nice so it takes a special kind of person to be able to deal with them in a kind and compassionate way she was so amazing I loved her she was so smart and informative then the doctor came in and they worked as a incredible team ! The vets and the vet techs work well as a team. From the instant you walk into the door to when you leave, it's a great experience. If I have a question that I didn't ask the vet, the vet techs are able to answer for me. They'll also take the time to explain the basics (e.g., , behaviour control, diet concerns). So, if I ever have a concern, it's promptly answered . If you're looking for a vet, I can't recommend them highly enough.

We started bringing in our 4 month old kitten since he was 8 weeks old (he is now 15 weeks). We have gotten all his shots & everything here for our little guy. After his first shots, we received a call from the animal hospital to see how he was doing, which we loved so much. It is so nice to have a doctor who is so caring of our little furry family member. Thank you Dr. Nour for always being extremely helpful and running a great animal hospital, as well as the extremely friendly staff. Thanks Again

Unfortunately haven't met the vet because of the covid rules but the receptionist was amazing. Took time to answer all our questions, showed us how to trim our pups nails, and was very patient with him. Love her! Bonus: the day after his vaccines we got a call from the vet checking on how our puppy was doing. Now that's amazing!! Thank you!

I have absolutely no complaints and would HIGHLY recommend this animal hospital! Amazing quality service, the staff are extremely polite, caring & good at what they do. There's only roughly a two year period where I wasn't living with any animals, but out of the other eighteen years I've always lived with a minimum of two cats, and currently have three of my own. I am confident in my recommendation!!:)
