★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had a few issues with some vets not taking the time or being as cautious here or not checking for something I specifically mentioned, especially since covid as I can no longer go in with my dogs... My normal vet here is awesome and more compassionate towards how we feel.

The staff is incredibly attentive and kind, the techs are thorough and caring, and committed to making sure our pets are relaxed and comfortable, land the vets are exceptional. I am a very protective mom to my furbabies and I always feel safe and comfortable leaving my pets in their care. 11/10 recommend for all your pets needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ corporation bought the business and it's now a complete rip off. The vets who had been there for years jumped ship. Customers are not allowed inside the building, you have to explain everything by phone and hope they actually look into the issues. Did I mention extreme price gauging? Avoid this place like the plague

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sub-par service and lack of information when booking an appointment. No information was relayed to us regarding not being able to accompany our 12 week old puppy into the clinic for shots, so upon our arrival we were shocked to find that out. If we knew that ahead of time we would have chosen a different clinic. When the employee on the phone was questioned they said it's standard practice and that they were not sure who booked the appointment.
It is difficult to believe that while the province has completely opened up we are still stuck with "curbside service" (the employees' words) for our pets. While we sat in the parking lot waiting, we watched as another employee attempted to administer, possibly eye drops, to a dog, outside, on a table.....get real.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So happy with our first visit yesterday with our cat, Gracie. We were so well looked after by all the staff. Thoughtful and personal attention ++. Gracie was more mellow after the visit than I have ever seen her at a Vet’s. We are so happy we found you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an awesome first vet visit with my Ivy. Everything was effortless; called upon arrival was provided detailed instruction on how they would proceed and the tone of everyone I spoke with was so happy and helpful. This is my first pet, naturally I had a lot of questions but everyone was more than willing to make sure they got answered. Dr. Asma Ghrab took the time to make sure everything was verified, all concerns were addressed and I left feeling confident with the care of my pet. They gave me a care package with tons more info and suggestions, plus a little toy for Ivy - which she loves to play with. Thanks for the great experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not impressed with service reliability. Our dog has been a patient there for 2 years . This is the second time i called for an issue with eye infection . They gave me an appointment for in one month. Clear indication that they overbook and take on too many patients. Money hungry. Not there when you need them.
