A	Alex Eliot on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank goodness for Eagleson vet! You will wait an eternity at Emergency hospitals and it always costs a fortune. Eagleson vet is available 7 days a week with extended hours until pretty late, and although weekend appointments are a bit pricier, they won’t send you to the poorhouse. Plus you can get peace of mind, or start a course of antibiotics, without having to make Fido wait til Monday. It is so great for pets and loving pet-parents in the Ottawa area. I’ve been there a few times and it’s always been a great experience. Very friendly and capable staff. I wish more vets were like Eagleson.

We had taken her to a different vet before we started bringing her to Eagleson and we have been blown away by the level of care and service they provide us. It is literally unmatched compared to any vet we have brought her to before. Lola is definitely not the easiest/friendliest dog to take care of, especially when it comes to people she doesn’t know. The Eagleson team is always absolutely amazing with her every time we bring her in. I feel completely at ease leaving Lola with them. The whole team is so caring and compassionate. We have brought her here for emergencies, teeth cleanings, checkups and her vaccines. After every visit, they always send us an email to see how Lola is doing. I would never bring our fur baby anywhere else! We are lifetime clients!

They made me feel very comfortable when I was feeling concerned over the health of my cats. You can tell they take prided in what they do and love what they do.. They will treat your fur-babies as if they were one of their own. I take great comfort knowing when I need them the care they will provided for my fur-babies will be the best! Then I called the Eagleson vet and they made me an appointment right away. When my son and I got there we followed there protocol and were greeted immediately by the staff and taken in. Everyone who had a hand in looking at our Cookie (that's our cat) were very professional and very friendly and polite which made the atmosphere and the issue we were having extremely comfortable and easier to deal with. And the Veterinarian himself was extremely knowledgeable, comforting, friendly and polite. I recommend this clinic with every ounce of my heart. And I live over 45 minutes away from them and wouldn't hesitate a second going back. Thanks again to the staff and vets at Eagleson Veterinary Clinic and a very happy Merry Christmas ? and a wonderful New Year ?.

The 911 emergency for my cat was not debatable for you, as for other clinics it wasn't important and didn't care to take the time, yet it was life threatening. Your staff has been excellent! communication, updates, feedback just perfect. Just enough to stay confident and positive. I have rarely seen such great service and care while being able to connect with the owner's feelings and pain, and providing great care for my cat going through surgery. Lets not forget the follow ups you want after surgery from me to ensure all is well. I cannot thank you enough for all you have done for my precious baby girl! Thank you

Friendly helpful, knowledgeable staff and we appreciate the doctor's skill as a surgeon and his pleasant manner. I would like to add in an update. We recently returned to this clinic because our cat Pumpkin started leaving puddles of blood all over our apartment around 9 PM on a Friday night, of course. Just as the clinic was nearing closing time. The person who answered the call was very reassuring and told told me to call back in the morning which I did and they were able to get my cat in almost immediately. The doctor who treated pumpkin took his time to explain the necessary course of treatment and his recommendations which unfortunately some of the recommendations would not fit in with my budget. The doctor was very understanding and offered some options to try which also included a course of strong antibiotics and some high calorie cat food. I am very pleased and grateful to report that Pumpkin has recuperated well at home and is back to her normal cheerful self and she has put on some needed weight as well. Thank you so much to Eagleson vet and to the doctor who treated Pumpkin, all the doctors there and the wonderful staff for being there in an emergency. I have included some current photos of Pumpkin and her friend Chester and Angel who are all recovered and doing well.
K	Kalissa Duong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From calling to book an appointment to visiting the clinic and dropping off our pup for her appointment, ALL the staff I encountered were extremely friendly and helpful. We unfortunately had to reschedule due to the blizzard in January, and they were more than helpful and very understanding! We had a lovely experience bringing Kumo to the clinic for her puppy vaccinations. As there is a pandemic going on, they have a very good system for checking in for the appointment and keeping their staff and clients safe. We had the chance to talk to our vet (Dr. Pulman) over the phone and she answered any questions or concerns we had and didn't make us feel rushed. A couple days after the appointment, we received a follow-up email from the clinic to check in our pup, which was very nice and thoughtful.
D	Diane Gallinger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried to get an appointment to have a vet see my Ginger but could not because all ER appts were filled or had to wait 5 days or more so I called Eagleson Vet clinic and was able to see Ginger on same day . The staff was so nice, friendly and clear explanation for ER cost etc . When I got there I was seen almost immediately and Ginger was assessed and then see by Vet Dennis . Very thorough and clear. Ginger was sent home with directives and medication to help clear all her infections and current problems . I was out of there within 45 min, satisfied . Ginger started getting better in 48 hours . I was sent an email checking up on her , wow !!! I don't even get that follow up as a human . I was impressed ! Thank you to this great team who care about our pets!!!
