M	Marc McLaren-Caux on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super happy client of Lansdowne Animal Hospital. Most recently brought in my eight year old schnauzer for a teeth cleaning / extraction. The entire experience, from the initial assessment weeks prior, to getting moved up to an earlier slot when they had a cancellation, to the work itself, to communication during the procedure, to the discharge/instructions, was flawless and extremely professional, and a great value as well. I couldn't imagine any way that the experience could have been better. Many thanks to the entire team for taking such good care of my boy, and me!
L	Liane Stefanelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dog recently had knee surgery at Lansdowne Animal hospital, and I cannot say enough about the excellent care she received. They treat your pet as if they were their own. This is obviously a very stressful time for both pet and human, and the level of care they took with both of us, providing me with updates, and sharing with me how she was doing throughout the procedure was above and beyond. My dogs vet tech Katie was absolutely wonderful, and I felt as though she were being treated the way she would have been if I were with her.. with lots of love and attention. The post care instructions were explained clearly and simply, and everything was easily documented for me to follow at home. I also know if I need anything while she is recouperating I can call and they will be there for me. I am so grateful for everyone at Lansdowne Hospital, and highly recommend them to anyone.

Dr."I" is absolutely knowledgeable in many aspects that pertain to my pregnant queens needs before during and after delivery. He has spayed and neutered my kittens and there has never been an issue. I especially love that he contacts me personally and he gets other opinions before giving me his thoughts in regards to rare issues. My cats are seen quite quickly. Never much of a wait. The only thing I wish would change is the parking. It's pretty tight back there but I'm certainly not going to give up the best veterinarian in Ottawa because I don't love the parking situation!!

At each visit, everyone (vets, vet techs, specialized surgeon, front desk staff) has been very professional and kind. Our dog is very small, and they put our nervousness at ease before her spaying surgery, which went smoothly. All her vaccines and flea/tick prevention medication have been administered with no issues. They show how much they care about our dog when interacting with her. Thanks very much to everyone for the work you do!
L	Lyon Valkyrie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you're 0.2 kms out of their 2km radius (they're legit a 8 min drive from me) so they deny taking you in as a new client.. despite the fact they're the closest vet in your area. I mean for all the other vets im over 2kms outside the area they're excepting new clients in... So looks like I'm gonna have to drive an hour and a half to Cornwall where my old vet is, everytime my cat needs to see a vet.... I mean I'd understand not taking in people who already have a vet in Ottawa, but when you know said person is new to the city, and their old vet is over an hour and a half drive away, you'd think they would be decent enough to make a small exception! Especially over a something as small as 0.2 kms. Update You can say it's "4kms away" all you want, Google maps says it's a 2.2 km drive So im not sure what kinda "Google maps" you're using. O.o

When our dog was diagnosed with Lymphoma, he gave us his most honest opinion and suggestions. We have said goodbye to our sweet dog, but will always be grateful to our veterinary care at Lansdowne Animal Hospital.

She has recently moved on and I believe works part-time there now. Hopefully the Vet that takes over his cases will be just as great
