★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I delivered my parcel which contained delicate and perishable items to a Fed On Site location at 2:00 and told the people there it was a one day delivery. They never told me I had missed the pick up which has a dead line of 2:00. My perishables perished as instead of the 1 day time frame I had paid for it took 5 days due to the weekend, The contents are irreplaceable. I asked for a refund and spoke to three different agents on the phone. They talked circles and never helped me at all. The manager never called though I was told by all three reps that they would call. Never shipping with them again. This is the second bad experience I have had.
