Took care of my lawn now for 3 years. Happy with them. Gave me advise on my cedar trees.

I have no complaints about the services or employees doing the work. The customer service was very rude and made excuses when a mistake was made. I would per pay for lawn maintenance package for the season for many years . In 2020 I put on hold on my package since was doing a landscaping project. I said I would think about renewing next year. In 2021 I decided not to renew again, because I have very little lawn left. Green velvet did send me a letter outlining services and previously and left a message once asking if I wanted to continue. I didn’t think anything of it since my account was still on hold, and had not giving authorization to continue . Green Velvet did not try to contact me again. In the spring they showed up and aerated the lawn with out asking. When I called call and explained, they made excuses that they sent me a letter and called me(that was in February). The person I talked was very rude when I said my account was on hold and they should of call again and asked first. They tried to blame me for the failure of their system. Mistakes happen, and if they would have taken responsibility, I would have offered to pay half. Now in 2022 I needed tree spraying done and I decided to give Green Velvet another chance. I never had a problem with their work and maybe they had learned from the last mistake. When I called and gave my address, the person I talked to went on a rant and give excuses again about the lawn aeration mess up, because I didn’t pay their mistake. They were very snide and said they were all booked up. I said that’s fine I will get someone one else, just offering you the business. I hope the owner of Green Velvet reads this. It’s unacceptable and addresses the issue. Thank you.
