Had a damaged piece of heavily used equipment in our office that needed to go back to the States for repair. Lynette showed us how to use the online software to create the waybill and ship quickly and with almost no headache. Bonus points for the emails from the shipping system tracking the parcel on it's two day trip across the continent.

Customer service not responsived to my call I call so many times just still music and waiting for more than 30 minutes eack day no body pick up. Just want you to know I paid for express delivery it says 3 days via international shipping last nov.25 till now they didn't get it.dec.04 2020 and the destination is dec05.2020 now.

A lady at the lloydminster location was amazing. Chelsey made a very tough situation easier for me and accommodating lots of my belongings being able to get shipped out. Very professional and kind. Would highly recommend! Great customer service.

My husband ordered from amazon and when we didn’t receive our pkg and saw that it said it was delivered we phoned the Lloydminster office where we were basically told that we were lying and the driver even said she stopped at our house to drop off the pkg. I had made a point of being home to receive the item because it was large and expensive. I did see the delivery truck drive by my house in one direction and then come back through a short time later. I told the person on the phone exactly what I had seen. They insisted that the package was dropped off at my address even though I have a camera system that would have shown the delivery. We got no satisfaction and they said there was no recourse as the shipper did not require a signature. The driver isn’t even held accountable for delivery. We decided to drive around the neighbourhood in hopes of finding the package which we did 2 doors down. The neighbor was just headed to find us. I would like to give a minus for a rating and the only reason you received any star at all is because you have to hit it to be able to leave a review. I will NOT be using this company and I will be lodging a formal complaint as well as notifying amazon of this incident. By the way I have it all on video. These drivers need to be held accountable in reading the house numbers and not just the street. Customer service training should also be considered.

Lloydminster location has a poor drop off access and area. Not well setup for larger packages. Small packages no problem, though. Overall, got my trunk delivered quickly and efficiently

Disgusting service. Purolator delivered an empty broken box with no item inside. My wife asked the guy where is the item and he said his job is just delivering . How can people deliver a broken empty box without even paying attention to this ?

Every time I order from Amazon and it goes through Purolator something goes wrong. They've lost more packages than I've ever heard of, they're service is flippant and combative, and they don't actually attempt to deliver... even though they're supposedly a delivery service. For one example, quite some time ago I had ordered some furniture online, the 'built it at home' type, and they said they had attempted to deliver it but 'no one was home'. What actually happened was the delivery person went to the door, pasted a paper to it, and then left. No buzz, no nothing. When I called and asked them to deliver they claimed they tried, I was lying, and they refused to deliver, even though I had all of those days off and I lived in town. Eventually, friend who had just come out of surgery offered to drive me. That should never need to happen. Next time Purolator just decided not to do their work there no one was able to drive me there, so the package got sent back because there was no way to get there in time if they wouldn't at least try to deliver the package. Now, the moment I see an order say it's shipping through Purolator, I request to cancel it and explain to the store or supplier that Purolator, a delivery service, does not actually deliver, and unless they can use a different service I won't receive the item, and therefore will not be able to shop with them. Luckily most businesses will agree to use a different service, so I haven't had any note-able problems since I stopped putting up with Purolator's nonsense. Life is so much smoother without Purolator, please avoid this company as best you can.
