★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obnoxious and impolite manager, Carol and employee Mushkan. Charging $219 for 1 envelope to Europe, 0.1 gm weight.
Went somewhere else and the same was send out for $132. Wish I had an option of negative stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't come to this FedEx ShipCentre unless you want to wait around for someone to actually help you. I have tried to come here on my work break two times this holiday to ship out a package before Christmas, my break is only half an hour, I stood there for 20 minutes with zero line up, the store was not busy and there was 4 people working in that print and shipping area who all made eye contact with me but ignored me. Another time I waited again for about 15 minutes and they decided to help someone else who came probably 10 minutes after I did. I was unable to ship out my package before Christmas unfortunately because every time I tried to come here nobody seemed to be able to help me here. I would suggest UPS or maybe just try a different location with better customer service.
