★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love working with K&H. We use them several times a week and our packages are always delivered on-time - occasionally they even get to their destination early! I also think the value for their service is unmatched. I was just telling my coworker today that I wish we could use them to ship everything across North America.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used them forever at my current company and my previous one - never very much, maybe up to 5 trips a month. Was always happy with their service and always paid on time, automatically. Did not use them last month and then tried to call to use them this month. Was told our account was cancelled as we were not putting through enough orders (minimum of $250/month now apparently) and we hadn't used them in a month and it was "too much trouble to make an invoice and send it out every month." They could not even be bothered to send out notice of this policy change either. Ridiculous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The dispatch call takers are nice most of the time. When it comes to the drivers and service 99.9% of the time they're friendly and professional. Only give 4 stars because occasionally if you do not give dispatch the correct information right away. They can be quite rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We use K&H dispatch exclusively. It’s unbelievable how bad other courier companys are in the city. The drivers at K&H often ring you to make sure someone is home before they arrive, which helps make sure the package arrives. Most other company’s will barely even bother to knock before declaring a package undeliverable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rep was rude on the phone, cut me off numerous times, did not listen and when I asked what type of service K&H offers, she says she will not argue with me and hung up. All I asked was about their type of service.
Shame on K&H for hiring staff that is terribly representing their business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a cheque that was supposed to be delivered to me and I work during the day. They refused to leave it under the door so I asked if I could arrange a time and I would leave work early so I did that and lost 2 hrs of pay and they never showed up. I called non-stop for days and then they finally said I could come and pick it up at the "Drivers" house!??? Are they not the Delivery service? I'm doing THEIR job for them?? Absolutely Ridiculous!!! DO NOT use them

Don't live close enough to pick it up myself so so hired these guys...
They went to the wrong address and still charged me. Became too much of a hassle and didn't want to have to pay a second time for a free gift so I canceled my contest win... I'm seriously upset right now.
Use another courier.
