★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a super poor experience here, from the beginning to the end. The receptionist was not welcoming or friendly whatsoever, the “vet” was friendly but totally useless. I’m paying for an exam on a new pet and no exam was even performed, he listened to his heart for a second and felt his belly. Did not look at his eyes which I asked him to look at, did not look in his ears, check him for fleas, check his temperature, listen to his lungs, etc. And then proceeded to vaccinate him. He walked out of the room and into another appointment without even saying goodbye, I didn’t even know the appointment was over. Super disappointing. I was then charged more than I was quoted for that same day. Highly don’t recommend. I now have to go to my regular vet and re spend money I just wasted here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This vet is amazing! They gave me a great deal to deworm all of my animals and were able to get us in quickly and even accommodated us running late to our appointment with no issues. I liked the vet we saw, Dr. Brar. He seemed to be a true animal lover which is a lovely quality every vet should have. 5 stars. Thanks guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just wanted to say thank you to the staff. There was a bit of miscommunication but after speaking to the management team i felt they honoured and handled my concerns well. I appreciate the professionalism and care provided to myself and my dog and will continue to obtain their services for all my animals needs. A good vet to have in town!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Late on family day my dog swallowed a fish hook. We are not from Chilliwack but they squeezed us in as an emergency and we’re able to perform surgery to remove the hook. Staff is great and caring. Prices seemed reasonable all things considered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently (last week) had put my darling old cat to sleep. I was incredibly impressed with the amount of compassion and kindness while I was a wreck saying goodbye to my girl whom I had since a kitten. I don’t remember the name of the young girl working (she had lots of tattoos on her arms) but she spoke so softly to my cat in her final moments as they prepared the IV spot on her arm. The vet (with the white beard) was very kind and explained how the process was going to go. It was a tough day for myself and my family, but we know that my Bella is no longer suffering. Thank you Family Pet Hospital for your gentle care and sympathy as my girl crossed the rainbow bridge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were able to get me in very quickly late saturday afternoon, when I called and told them my dog had an UTI infection. The vet was very caring and thorough and the staff was great. My dog is feeling so much better. Thank you.
