★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I won't be taking my dogs back. There is always patches of hair I have to trim when I get home and my dogs are always terrified when the go into that salon. I recently found out from a former student of her that she is man handling the dogs while she grooms them. She may have a lot of knowledge but she does not deserve to be in business. I do not trust her with my fur child anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dog hasn't been the same since she came home from her grooming session. She was shaking for 2 days. She is definitely not herself. The loud German Shepherd roaming around the tiny space probably didn't help. Would not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been bringing my dogs, big and small, and several at a time to Sandy for over 20 years. Even when she moved out to Chilliwack it wasn't enough to dissuade me from bringing my four pawed family members all the way out there. My latest dog (Toy Poodle) is almost two years old and he's so comfortable with Sandy that he has actually fallen asleep while being groomed.
Her skills as a groomer are second to none!
The best in the west.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sandy has a natural instinctive way with animals. They love her and they listen to her. My toy poodle is so comfortable with her that he can easily fall asleep in her arms while being groomed.
My Rocco goes in overdue for a haircut and grooming - and comes back to me looking like a Prince - and ready for show!
Sandy is amazing. I trust her and she is very talented!
She is the BEST!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first and last visit to this groomer. I found the location dirty with lots of hair blowing all around. I was chastised when I didn't call to see if my dog was done but I wasn't asked to call. The cut is very uneven, I've had to fix some very obvious spots. If the nails were trimmed at all it must have been very little as my dog is still clicking and sliding around on the floor. I'll need to bring her somewhere else to get the nails trimmed properly. Not a good value at all for the job done. I do not recommend this groomer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not for fluffy dogs! Due to covid, I grabbed my dog and left only to find that she was half done. literally one side not not done. There were a few small matts when I went in and they were there after the grooming. I looked beyond the messy facility as the rating looked good, but never again. My poor dog was hacked and in a mess. I bought a kit to groom to try and fix the $70 botch job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience in 20 years having dogs groomed. Do not recommend at all. Not only were the dogs groomed incorrectly and came back to us with mats, despite having agreed to fix them up, this person copped a total attitude when we went back in. Beyond the pale in terms of bad service. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.
