H	HH S3 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an great dinner with the family over at Fairmont’s great hall restaurant. Gina the server was attentive and very friendly! The mushrooms appetizer was very tasty and the blackened salmon was simply stunning. Overall the food was really good and prices were fair. Cannot wait to go back and try some of the other dishes on the menu as they sounded delicious.

Michael bar captain at the emerald lounge was excellent, knowledgeable and went out of his way to make us feel welcome and taken care of.

We asked if it would be possible to get the recipe for the French Onion Soup expecting a respectful decline. However to our surprise Gina made it happen! To the Chefs as well…great work! Your care and attention to detail really show! Thank you so much!

Off the seniors seem to be very friendly and this is our second time going to this event which we really enjoy. I'd like my husband to experience the Christmas in November 2022! I have been twice to this event and just loved it! I understand that we are not able to book at this time and we are hoping that we can book as soon as Christmas in November 2022 is open for booking! Again, it's always a pleasure to deal with the staff at the Fairmont Jasper Hotel!
J	Jackie Barton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a beautiful resort. Our cabin was a bit warm, but that is the only negative point. The Main Lodge restaurant, bar and the pool/Spa facilities are great. The staff are all fantastic and very helpful. Seeing wildlife wandering around the camp was an unexpected bonus. Thoroughly recommend a visit here.
S	S LL on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My and my family spent the weekend there a few weeks ago. Got a cabin for a couple of nights. We paid around $1,500 for accommodation and meals. Very disappointing service. The staff is mostly comprised of foreign temporal workers or teenagers with very little training and no idea about anything. I wouldn't complain if it were a Holiday inn or a Best Western for $150 a night; but to have that service standards at $1,500 for a weekend???? This hotel is living out of past glory and the location they have. Better just go for lunch and spend the night in a hotel nearby.

Shuttle drivers were great and very polite. Rocky Mountaineer certainly picked the right hotel. Lovely view of the mountains in Jasper
V	Vik Shar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing! Lovely lodges with view of a lake. Totally worth it! When I was served late they gave me dessert. . . on the house! Don't hesitate to stay here, amazing service, they even have a hotel dog. I would recommend getting a bigger sized room if you're staying with 4 or more people, the beds are slightly small. But I love how their outdoor pool is heated and leads right into the building so you can stay in the pool even when it's winter. Try coming around May when they have canoes for rent. The lake is simply wonderful!
