K	Kat Hempsey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a blast! I can’t recall our constellation tour guide’s name but he was so much fun. He was really interactive and knowledgeable. We’ll definitely recommend to friends and family that visit jasper. Two thumbs up!
k	kimlyn stanyon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly but we started late, and then had to wait for other people after the "auditorium" show. It was freezing and the only heat source was a fire in the middle of the tennis court (which has been make shifted into a planetarium). The fire was not big enough to warm everyone in our huge group which became a problem as it went on for over two hours with the excess waiting. It was crazily expensive for what it was. I have been to many planetariums including NASA, and never before have I felt annoyed at the price. You could easily put up a tent in your backyard and throw on YouTube and have the same experience.

So friendly and very willing to answer all my moms questions. She made the tour inclusive and very fun! I would highly recommend going to the planetarium if you are in jasper aswell as having NAOMI as your guide!!! Thanks for an awesome experience:)

The telescope portion was more for my 12 year old than his younger sisters, but the planetarium virtual tour was fun for all. You get to touch moon and mars rocks...which is awesome. The guides are enthusiastic and do a great job of keeping it livey

Learning about the vastness of our universe blew my mind - and helped me realize how small my problems are! :) Great education while improving mindset ✨
M	Michelle Savery on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother and I decided to make this an experience for our stop in Jasper as we are both interested in space. When we first saw the setup for the telescope experience, we thought it was a bit strange, and to be honest, my feeling is that it was set up more for a younger audience. But I can still give it an decent review because of the staff. We happened to be the only two on this tour. So it was very casual. Tyler and Luke (I really hope I got the names right) were very enthusiastic right in the beginning, and throughout. And I really connected with Devin over his incredible night photography...and our mutual interest in photography in general. There were other staff as well - all of them very interesting and seemed to genuinely enjoy what they were doing. (I'm sorry I don't recall each name). Overall it was nice to have staff who really seemed to be engaged and happy to answer questions. I can't speak about the actual telescope experience because we picked a bad time to go and the only thing we saw through the telescope was the Sky Tram. But they have a 2 year rain check which is very generous, so maybe we'll get to see some stars if we get back there again!
G	Gwendoline Hunka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had Jamin as our guide and he was FANTASTIC, the perfect dramatic celestial voice needed to whisk you across the universe. Despite the cold, the whole experience was amazing and we lucked out with absolutely crystal clear night! Seeing the different stars and nebulae through the telescopes was super cool and the dome show was very well done. Also loved that they incorporated the Indigenous perspective and would love to come back for a full night of Indigenous astronomy! A great activity for all ages.

The guides were so knowledgeable and positive making the experience very enjoyable. We lucked out and got to see the northern lights! The later stargazing is better if you want to see a lot!
