M	Mike on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not what I expected.. this is a restaurant for the staff of the lodge. I did not feel very welcomed at all. Was given a hard time about masks. No signage outside about masks. As if the covid questions and temperature check at the front gate wasn’t enough. If your in Jasper looking for a restaurant do NOT come here. The pizza was undercooked. Toppings and cheese just slid right off.
D	Drew Miller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Grizz is an absolute GEM of a spot! The staff are next level; friendly, familiar, and always helpful with service or a good laugh. The menu Is fantastic and always has something that’s going to hit the spot; but any patron that doesn’t suggest the “to die for” Garlic Fingers is doing you a disservice! Some of the best days I’ve had were spent schmoozing at the Grizz with the patrons and staff. This is the kind of spot you want to become a regular at, because they treat everyone like family!

The people they hire are top notch and you get treated well if you are a regular here like me. During non covid times they even do open mic nights so you can show off your music skills to the crowd that comes in. If you're in town check this place out if you have a hankering for some garlic fingers

This was our first night visiting Jasper from the US and this place was exceptionally welcoming. Good food, home cooked vibe, friendly and attentive staff. Not overly fancy or trying to reinvent the wheel, just good food. Originally when the GPS brought us to the address we thought we were in the wrong place. The restaurant was inside the grounds of the Fairmount and what looks to be just for staff of the lodging. However it is open to the public and if you want an out of the ordinary experience give this place a try!

Best garlic fingers I've ever had!!! Comfortable and friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend checking out their menu or even stopping in for a drink, with the amazing owner! ❤

If you're looking for a break from the usual expensive meals at the Lodge and in Jasper, try out The Grizz. The burgers are BIG, cheap (a ridiculous $6.25 for a basic burger), and delicious, and the pizzas are super cheesy with lots of toppings. I had a cheeseburger with an extra patty, and it was bigger than I needed. The single would have been perfect. 2 large caesar salads came with delicious garlic toast, tasted great, and was the right amount for 4 people. Staff were super friendly too ?. We came just for takeout during the COVID pandemic, but it's probably busy in the evenings normally. This is the 5th time I've been to JPL, and the first time I've heard of The Grizz. Try it!

t	theladd on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered from in town, by the time I arrived the lovely lady inside had it waiting for me, and boy did it smell good. Got back to hotel with it and the wife and I absolutely demolished it. What a steal of a deal on the prices as well!!! Will definitely be back. Wife had a chicken ceaser wrap and I had a bacon cheeseburger with a curly fry poutine for dessert. They just need a big sign for the place as it's tucked in with the staff residents and a little difficult to navigate if your not familiar with the area or at night.
