★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Traveling on business we were very happy witb our stay. The safety protocols are well in place and the breakfast attendant who was working on her own on our second day was very friendly and went above and beyond. We are very glad they have a tip jar. This hotel is in a safe and easy to locate area. There is ample parking. As we were there on business we did not use them but there is a pool and hot tub. A pet free and smoke free hotel (aside from service animals). We highly recommend and we will definitely stay here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to Kamloops on a few occasions. So glad I found this hotel. Great location. The staff were excellent. Above and beyond though was breakfast room girl (Filene I believe). She was engaging and cheerful with everyone for so early. Food was great but her positive vibes were awesome. Only downside was pool temperature could be warmer. In fall a warm swim is required. This hotel has made “my list” of faves

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed overnight and the beds and pillows are very comfy. The room is clean and spacious. But, the bathroom door is squeaky, perhaps need just a little bit of oil. But tubs was a little bit slippery. Just a suggestion, maybe you can put bath mat with it just for the safety of your guest. Food is great too. We really had a good relaxing overnight stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With everything that’s happened over the last year, I’ve been reluctant to travel. I had earned some Free Night Certificates and Suite Night Awards from Bonvoy and Amex and took the opportunity to grab a few days at the hotel to get some quiet and uninterrupted work done. These are good people at the hotel. I mean the staff are top notch and attentive, and the management is obviously taking all the precautions from the Public Health Officer, which is a big deal for me. It’s not the Ritz in Toronto, nor is it the JW Marriott Parq in Vancouver, but the Kamloops Fairfield is certainly part of that family of excellence, and I’d have no hesitation whatsoever recommending this to friends, family or business travellers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have stayed at the Fairfield Inn many times. Rooms are a very good size and clean. They also have in house laundry which comes in handy on my longer stays.
Special shout out to Maddison at the front desk. The lobby is exceptionally clean and organized when she is working! First impressions say a lot.
