★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the ONLY place I will go to have my jewelry fixed, they have done AMAZING work. I have had 3 rings repaired and a necklace. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my stuff. Lorraine at the front is a absolute gem. Accurate with the repair costs and so good with keeping in touch the whole process. 1000% would recommend.

She has an intimate knowledge of the field the jewelry products and how to go from decision to product. She is very hospitable, patient and informed us of all possible choices from setting design, to diamond choice to materials involved. The whole process was like dealing with a friend no sales pressure what so ever. Love our ring, loved the experience. Truly enjoyed dealing with a professional who is kind and passionate about her craft like Megan.

Based on their great reviews I decided to check them out. Executive Diamond Services, and Selena specifically, absolutely outdid themselves on every aspect. Selena took the time to figure out exactly what I was looking for, went through countless options and then she designed something stunning for my fiancé. I have since been back multiple times for other purchases and will forever recommend them to anyone looking for an jewelry for any occasion!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amanda made the entire experience so exciting and painless. I will admit that I had done some research preemptively on diamond clarity/colour/cut, etc before I ended up here. I had spent a good couple of weeks browsing online and learning what I could about the stones. Executive Diamonds had a band I immediately fell in love with on their website, so I made an appointment to check it out.
Right off the bat, Amanda went so far above and beyond making sure our ring was perfect! When I got there, she immediately sat me down and built a profile of what I was looking for. We discussed budget, the band I loved, as well as showing me different diamond shapes up close to see if there was one that caught my eye. In regards to the budget, Amanda effortlessly followed it to the letter whilst ensuring we got the beautiful ring that we wanted. She sent me pricing as well as specs of two potential diamonds approximately 2 hours after my appointment for my consideration. She even went so far as bringing in multiple diamonds for me to view beforehand (as well as the band itself) to ensure that my diamond decision was perfectly tailored to me.
I can't say enough about how painless and personalized that Amanda made this journey. End of story; if you need an engagement ring, see Amanda. The only negative I can give about this entire experience is the half hour drive from my house.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought a ring in for resizing that I gave my girlfriend for her birthday in late November. The silver ring had to be resized almost 3 sizes, and featured a nice amber setting, with an intricate Celtic knot on each shoulder, which we really wanted to preserve. I dropped it off about 4 days before Christmas, but I told them that it wasn't urgent. I was very surprised to get a call two days later that the ring was ready. They did a spectacular job on it...setting was perfect and was a perfect fit! Very much liked the price as well. Overall, I was very, very pleased with their work and price, as well as the very quick turnaround. All staff I spoke to where very courteous...they do know customer service there! I very highly recommend Executive Diamond Services and will definitely refer to my friends in the future!
