★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attempted to reach out to the Hillcrest branch Multiple times. Twice by E-mail (Form on website) and once on the phone. Its been a week, and there hasn't been a response from either of these. While I'd love to look at one of their Spec homes, and even have friends saying its a great area, it doesn't seem like they have the time to respond to potential clients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a great experience! Took close to a year to finish the house. Even after possession, we are still expected to have workmen in our home to fix hangers and fittings! If the inside isnt completed you can only guess what the outdoor looks like . We cant move our kids into the home because the outdoor is not safe to play yet. They make promises but don't follow up! For a first time home buyer? Not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We’ve been to many showhomes and this was by far the rudest and most awkward customer service. Upon arriving we were not greeted, and when we left there was 3 sales people sitting there and watched us in silence without saying a single word. 2 gentlemen and 1 lady, I even made a point to say what an awkward experience. Lol… there was no other customers in the sales centre either so I’m not quite sure where the disconnect is here. You’re literally sales people so maybe greeting your potential customers should be common sense? This was October 17, at 3:15 pm for whatever manager reads this. You guys need to re-train your staff the basics such as greeting customers. At an age where myself and all of my friends are looking for houses, I will make sure that I tell everyone about this experience. Good job excel.
