m	mint hos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there by myself got quotes and then went in to make a deposit and was told they gave the lot to someone else. Only option is to buy premium lot. They did this twice. This is unethical and shady. I then decided to hire a realtor and then told they won’t sell the house if I have a realtor. This is from their NE sales center. The staff at NW were better. Don’t buy from them without a realtor.

The moment I saw a picture of the show home and the floor plan, I was already in love before I even physically went to the home to take a tour. The moment I stepped into the presentation center, I was welcomed with warm smiles and enthusiasm, but none of it felt pressured, fake or pushy, which is very rare. The girls there introduced themselves and let us know that they are there if we were to have absolutely any questions. All the girls were such a breeze to work with. Always happy to see you, always willing to help where they can, and when they are stumped instead of giving me a brush off answer, they let me know they will find out for me and get back to me instead of leaving me hanging. They were a big part of why I decided to build with Brookfield. I am definitely a satisfied customer, and will suggest anyone who is looking for a home to build with them. The girls on the team made my first time experience one that will be hard to top in the future.

Arrived during business hours and was told to book an appointment although it doesn’t state it on the main contact page and no one picked up ever (the direct sales associate or manager). Then i came back later after booking the my time, the contact number in the email didn’t work for support and the code wouldn’t allow me to enter the show suites. Worst service ever, definitely not looking at Brookfield residential any more!

Even after looking at more show homes from other builders, we ended up coming back here to purchase a property. From sales to the construction team, they are very personable, treated me like a family and extremely detailed oriented. I really enjoyed working with Robyn, Mary, and Stephanie throughout the whole process. They are not your typical sales team. Extremely phenomenal. I remember I missed out an earlier opportunity on a lot, another buyer had already put a deposit on the lot that I wanted before I could, but as soon as a new phase released they kept me informed and was able to be the first to pick from a new phase. You can check out the show home next to them, AVI Homes, and you will see why it's worth every penny to pay roughly the same price for a Brookfield home. PS - The guy who gave one star below is clearly very uneducated about real estate. The place is not yours unless you pay a deposit ON THE SPOT. First come first serve idiot.

Built a house with these guys, unfortunately their trades people use no common sense, this may be due to lack of communication from Brookfield themselves. Had so many experiences with missed details, trades not doing the job properly, etc. Overall build quality is low, go check other construction in the area and get a sense.
M	Mohammed Al-Haifi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. I booked an appointment on a certain price and by the time I got into the appointment they simply told me the price change Yesterday. I was like, fine. Let go ahead and start the process. Few days later, I received an estimate that shows the walk out set up is around 13 k . I was OK with that, sent them and email to remove some of the upgrades and get me the final numbers. A week later after I sent them a reminder, they responded with an email telling me the walkout set up has increased to around 23 k as the price are changing nowadays. This is happening while working on the same deal. Unbelievable and have never seen something like this in my life.

I would give a 4.5star. but the builder and all other builders need to build with other nationalities that are now living in the country. By that I mean Carribean folks love windows to be open but the windows provided bearly cranks open and in most cases they don't open much of the windows. So even though there are big windows ..they don't open. Can we start building the homes with windows that can open and give us the homeowner's the option to open or close for themselves. This is a general comment for all builder's not just Brookfield.

Buying a new home for the first time can be overwhelming but these ladies helped me out in each and every step. All my questions and queries were answered. The sales staff was respectful, patient, prompt in their replies and fair. If you are planning to buy a home in Livingston, go to these ladies and you’ll not regret your decision..
