From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted by Suzanne Yee who immediately made us feel comfortable and welcome in a most heartwarming way.
The time she spent with him and her most professional mannerism quickly confirmed to him that this is definately the place he wanted to call home.
We were introduced to Ismahan Omer and immediately saw that the expertise,knowledge and guidance truly made this purchase the most stress free deal for my son.
As a long time business owner this is a team that deserves a 10 star rating!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have had some hiccups since we moved in July 2020 but I just emailed Partners last week about some issues inside and had them here today. What he could fix immediately he did with a very happy demeanor and a smile under a mask. The blinds repair people will be coming within the week, someone will be coming to fix an electrical issue for a defective sensor causing flickering and our leaking washer will hopefully be repaired later today. Great service thus far in getting assistance with the things needing repaired inside the home.
I forgot to ask about the paint but we will before our first year is up.
The issues outdoors that we have we hope will be rectified in the spring since everything was delayed due to covid19. Such as we were supposed to have grass and its all wood chips, we assume due to covid19 and the weather making it impossible to put grass in and it live.
So, so far 5 stars for us and I will update my review as time goes on.

I was able to go through a seemless experience and had the highest quality of guidance and customer service while purchasing my new home at Arrive at Sage Meadows. Thank you to the two amazing ladies running the show home, I can't express how excited I am for my new home! I would recommend this builder to anyone looking to purchase within this area of the city, worthwhile experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a home from Partners Group in Evanston and currently I am not impressed. I paid for a shower upgrade after viewing the showhome and the upgrade they put in my home isn’t the same. It’s a much smaller shower door than in the showhome and they are now claiming it is an additional upgrade on top of the upgrade we were shown which we had never been told. On top of that, the salesman we had was only employed by them for a month and now his issues at his job are now being pawned off as my problem.
