★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked an appointment and went to this place to find out no one was there. Totally unprofessional team. None of the contact number mentioned on the door were reachable. Atleast let your potential customers know that your appointment is canceled. Wasted 1 hour in to and fro driving.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited all the showhomes in the community (Excel, Trico, etc.) and found that the Truman floorplans were more interesting and the most practical (for what we're looking for anyway!). The salespeople were friendly and there are lots of ways to customize your home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a very bad experience, Truman builder in Carrington do not stand behind the prices they offer, be very careful, i booked the Arley home at 329,000.00 and after few days they changed the price and wasted too much of my time.
Be very very careful, website says they will give you HEROS discount but when you talk to them they will say it is on Retail price.
They fired there front manager and other person do not stand behind what she said, i even put a deposit money to hold the lot.

I have worked and sold for few builders as a ASM myself and I was very impressed with Trumans. I had zero items on deficiency list after the handover. I highly recommend Truman for it's great design, Quality & Craftsmanship. Special thanks to Dipali Damji for excellent customer service, she will go extra mile to keep her customers happy. Kudos to Jesse Anne, Alex and the entire team of Truman for doing a great job!
