The customer service at CarTowTruck was speedy and efficient. The best customer service I’ve ever seen. I would 100% recommend if you ever need a tow in Calgary.

My vehicle died on Highway 1 in the pouring rain, in the middle of nowhere and when Singh not only answered my call on the first ring and then showed up with his tow truck when he said he would and was helpful, kind and quick, it really helped me to deal with a stressful, unexpected situation. Singh was wonderful and kind and I highly recommend this company if you are stuck and need a tow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My cars battery died on my in this cold weather..Singh came promptly to assist and first attempted to boost my battery. While he stood out boosting my car he insisted I stay inside the warm vehicle. My battery was completely dead and needed a replacement. I was towed to a close by Canadian tire for a battery replacement..Exceptional service with genuine care and willingness to help..I would recommend their services to anyone in need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not all Heroes wear capes! He was busy but managed to get to me pretty fast and we were gone. My car wouldn't start so he boosted it. He even waived the per Km fee (he said we weren't too far). Anyways, I've saved that number just in case. Friendly and no non-sense! strongly recommend!

The second one put me on hold for a very long time, the third number was out of service, but Singh answered quickly, made sure he had specific details, and was at the car in 15 minutes. He was polite, skilled, and efficient. This is now my "go-to" towing company.
