β β β β β I do not recommend trico homes at all and if you do decide to deal with trico make sure everything they offer you is on paper, and they dont just say it verbelly. Because they will make you deals that are not on paper and then when you do not get those offers you dont have proof. the quality of the house is not great. make sure everything is on paper. otherwise your googse is cooked!!

β β β β β Please make sure to have everything in writing even for things they say are standard, the walk through people are well prepared with excuses to avoid the issues, you will be required to put up all the defects in the house as they blame it on their third party trades and have to wait for weeks for it to be fixed or one of the best answers "we dont know how that department works" which is basically the end of conversation. Also the third party trade staff can be rude to you and trico wont do anything about it. You might end up with dented appliances for full paid price.

β β β β β Avoid using Trico especially Erika & David here (unless they get better training). I had put in a deposit with Trico and even emailed their management about the issues I had with Erika not responding on time and then selling the lot to someone else. Now on this review, Trico will pretend to ask me to contact them to resolve this issue or they would pretend to not find me in the system. Trust me, I have reached out to them and they are no help.
