★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are in the process of building our first home with Cedarglen, and I can say that they have very good standards and amazing floor plans to meet the needs of our family. Sonu and Reda have been very very helpful and extremely nice. They have helped us thru the various phases of our purchase. I can call Reda at any time and he always address my concerns, even sometimes on his days off. Very invested and wonderful guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had booked a show home viewing appointment for 2:30pm on Apr 10 with Reda. I even confirmed my appointment time and location with him a day before on Apr 09. However, when I reached at the show home (right on time), there was no one. I texted and called Reda but he didn't answer. After waiting for another 10 minutes, I emailed him and he said 'he is on his way'. He finally called me around 2:50 to tell me he's sending someone else, and hesitated to even provide an ETA. Someone finally showed up around 3pm, and by that time there were other people waiting outside too (for 3pm appointments). I had another appointment somewhere else at 3, so I hardly had a chance to view this show home and left.
Not showing up on time for an appointment and not even having the courtesy to call ahead and advise, is highly unprofessional. If you're not going to regard someone else's time, then how do you expect someone to even consider buying from you? You lost a customer that day Cedarglen because of your unprofessionalism. Hope you learn from this. Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEWARE! Reda Sabbah is the most arrogant Area Sales Manager I have ever met. He is rude, condescending and is acting like he is just waiting for his shift to be over. We saw him treat countless people terribly as they came to visit the show home. It is truly a shame that Cedarglen Homes has this man representing them.
