We were looking for a home to build and they were so kind and professional with every encounter and conversation. They were understanding with our needs and provided solutions with challenges we had met along the process of buying a home. We found the rear attach garage layout that Daytona offer is a great match for us and checked all our wish list. 3 Bedrooms, 9ft ceiling, Quartz countertop, attached double garage, private driveway, patio, minimal lawn care/snow removal. Not only you are getting a lot more value than other builders, Daytona also include 7yrs Building Envelope warranty vs the standard 5yrs. Sandy and Nathan are awesome to work with. We have done a lot of research and shopping so you don't have to, contact Sandy at Livingston Sale center.

Because of this my expectations are pretty high for not just the quality of the home but the process as well. I'm happy to say expectations were surpassed! The whole team (Sandy, Brenda, Nathan and Traci) were amazing to deal with. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. We are so in love with our new space and the quality in which it was constructed. I would 100 % recommend this builder If you are considering building in Calgary!

We loved Daytona's style and trusted in Sandy so much we pulled the trigger on a new build home that we only got to see a floorplan of. Sandy and Nathan made us feel so secure in our decisions that there was no anxiety when making such a big decision. The build was on time despite it being over the winter, and Covid-19 starting a couple months before possession. Communication was amazing, the quality is fantastic, and the price was unbeatable. I cannot say enough good things about Daytona. If we ever need to, or our friends/family decide to buy or build, we will be steering them to Daytona.

Sandy really puts you first and makes sure you area well taken care of, and always quickly resolves any concerns or problems you are having. Nathan was fantastic with explaining how the house was built, and is so knowledgable. He really made us confident with what we were buying. He is also very dependable with making sure to finish any job he promises to do. Traci made sure our closing day was an easy process and took her time to explain everything to us in detail, even though I'm sure she is a very busy lady! Our house itself was beautifully built, and so unique! We definitely didn't want cookie cutter, and that's what we got! We just couldn't be happier. They really make you feel like you are becoming a part of the Daytona Family, and aren't just another transaction. Thank you!

Sandy walked us through the whole process flawlessly and worked patiently with us while we waited for our home to sell so our sale with Daytona could complete. Sandy supported us through the whole process and made it easy for our family. Possession went quick and easy, there were one or two very minor issues and when I contacted Daytona, there were people in our home within 2 hours fixing them up! Thanks so much from our family! We are so happy with our new home!
