I wish I can give them 0 star for their customer service. Please don’t go at all. They are not doing car service regularly neither they care about the customer. I booked a car from this location and within 2 hours it was showing me “charging system malfunction, stop in a safe place”. I did the same and called the road side assistance, they sent me to another location but unfortunately that location didn’t have any extra car so they suggested me to call the Edmonton airport where I booked the car and let them know so I did the same. But Edmonton Airport guy told me he can’t do anything and was so rude on a call and he denied to help me and dropped the call. I completely wasted my time, money with this location. Please please please don’t ever go with this location. Try with Avis, they are super nice and helpful.

Our original experience picking up at Calgary was awful. We waited forever and then were rushed through the walk through.. we left feeling rushed and like we hadn’t checked the car out. When we went to drop the car back off at the Edmonton airport we had an AMAZING experience!!! Mathew made sure we were taken care of and listened to our initial experience! He by far made this entire experience much better! Thank you Mathew !!

Fantastic customer service!! Fast, easy transactions for picking up and dropping off the vehicle we chose for our trip. The vehicle itself was brand new, clean and in great condition!

Sultan is the CEO of a great experience when it comes to customer service. I had both questions and needs for upcoming business travel and he addressed both swiftly with the exact resolution needed. He's dynamic, positive and easy to communicate with. This is the kind of service that keeps me going to enterprise, well done Sultan!

A decent location like every other enterprise that I have been to. Usually I get a different option at other Enterprise locations(may be because I have been renting from them for a long time) at no cost. Here even thought I had submitted he free upgrade for sojvr tier member I was told that there were no other car available. I am not sure if it is true or not. When I went to pick up the car, there were at least 30 cars in different categories there.

I would like to give 5 star only because of your front desk representative Arshdeep. She was very kind, have a good customer skills and help me out to book a car from their location and to drop off in other province. While your lady at front (assistant manager) tried her best and keep insisting their employees not to book a rental for another province drop off. She doesn’t deserve this position. I am requesting area manager and branch manager , please taught some customer service skills and let your assistant manager know that she should respect customers.

I had a horrible experience with my rental and will jot down a few tips that may help you avoid the stress I'm having now. After all, we rent a car to have a great time, not a nightmare! If you are not familiar with the car rental business (that was my case), these tips may be useful. Initially those comments were addressed just to the Edmonton Yellowhead Trail branch, but unfortunately they became a regional issue. After over a week trying to have some attention, I finally got the phone of the regional manager. Of course I could only reach the voice box and never had a call back. Worst Customer Service I've ever had in my entire life (and I am not young!) 1. Don't let them rush you during the inspection. Take a whole hour if you feel you need it. Don't trust anything they say and take pictures or make a video of the entire car. 2. If they bring a car with many minor damages, refuse the car. They may make you pay for previous damages. In my case, the car had a huge crack in the windshield and many chips all over. I started to mention them and they told me that there were minor and rushed the inspection. After, they charged me for underneath bumper chips that I am sure I did not cause during my day-and-a-half rental. 3. Take a picture of the gas gauge. They cheated in the inspection document and tried to charge me for the gas. Luckily I had a picture of the dashboard. I don't know if it was on purpose or a mistake, but also I wonder which one is worse, dishonesty or lack of training... 4. If you have an issue with them, they won't probably listen to you. In my case, they were extremely aggressive charging me and, instead of listening to my concerns, just hid behind the statement that I had signed the contract (including the manager!) I really wish you a wonderful experience with your rental and I will be much more careful next time a need to rent a car. Of course I will avoid this company.

I’m a long term customer, renting for about 75 consecutive months and had a Terrible experience twice in a row. If you picked a unit from a city location and have some kind of mechanical issues after hours this is the only place you can go to for help since this is the only branch that stays open till late. And since you’re already inconvenienced by no fault of yours, some of the staff here will make sure to make your experience even more horrific. I wouldn’t publicly name the employees but if you really really need help and decide to go to this location, be prepared to welcome some illogical arguments for example giving you the worst unit in the lot with an argument that you paid $$ and now the rates are $$$$, and will completely disregard the class of vehicle you booked for. Or stay in town for the night, pay for the hotel and wait for other locations to open in the morning if you want a better vehicle. It’s like booking a business class on an airline in advance and the day you fly they argue and force you to pay more or put you in Economy since the rates are higher the day you fly. Does that make any sense? No Between their ego and helping out a customer in need, their ego will always prevail. If you think being a long-term, loyal customer is gonna earn you better treatment, believe me, it wouldn’t. I have some upcoming reservations at this branch in the near future since airports get better vehicle selection. I was hoping that they might treat you better if you book directly with them but based on my first-hand experience and other reviews on here, I’m seriously considering taking my business elsewhere. I hope the Enterprise’s employees in general understand that no matter where the customer picked up the unit from, they are still EHI customers. And keep their internal branch rivalries to themselves. Let’s see what Enterprise corporate does differently for me to delightedly change my ratings and give them a thumbs up. And please educate staff in basic things like loose gas cap can cause the engine light to come on.
