Comme il n’y a pas de répondeur au magasin, j’ai du appeler plusieurs fois par jours pendant une semaine pour réussir à parler au propriétaire. J’ai pris deux fois un jour de congé du travail parce qu’il m’a donné rendez-vous pour la réparation de l’appareil, mais il n’est jamais venu. La troisième journée, il est finalement arrivé 40 minutes plus tôt que l’heure prévue, en parlant ultra fort même lorsqu’averti (il était tôt en matinée et plusieurs membres de la famille dormaient) et en gardant ses bottes pleines de neige à l’intérieur de chez moi. Ils ne se sont pas présentés aux 2 autres rendez-vous qui ont suivi. Le magasin est fermé à des heures aléatoires, même aux heures auxquelles un rendez-vous a été pris à l'avance. Il n'y a pas de boîte vocale, alors il est difficile de les rejoindre. Je ne perdrai plus mon temps avec cette compagnie. Company not at all reliable: repeated violation of its commitments. The prices are much lower than other places I have visited. They even do delivery. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for used clean appliances and great buying experience.

Sometimes they get some really cool vintage pieces and fix them up for those interested in buying, or just to display them in their window for the fun of it. There is a 3 month warranty with the items you buy there, but they are friendly enough to check broken items and do small repairs after the warranty. Definitely check them out if you are looking for an affordable second hand appliance!

They would not take out the old appliance as they promised when the order was made; they aid someone else will come next day to pick it up. Nobody came nor called the next day. I called back & they said they were super busy that day & will do it the next day. Again, no action on their part & he said the same when I called the next few days. Had to hire someone else to remove it.
