★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m not sure why but this location is definitely going downhill, this is sad because it used to be so good. Our last two pick ups have been wrong, our orders are only consist of 6 items and both times they’ve forgot to include at least one item. I didn’t think that I needed to check the bag prior to leaving because they were not busy but I guess I was wrong. The food wasn’t up to par either. I understand if they’re super busy or it’s a one off miss but this doesn’t seem to be the case lately. This sucks because we really enjoy having Edo in our community, they were a delicious and healthier option for a meal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered tonight via the app, first concern is the order wasn't ready at all, they said 15 min, was about 30, ok no problem. Ordering through the app though the options were not available at this location or they just flat out screwed up the order. Ordered a couple Bento boxes asked for spring rolls, got dumplings, added mushrooms no mushroom. Ordered sumo size not sure if it was or not, no spicy teriyaki here either. The guy did rush the order when he realized it did show up in the right order but still too many screw ups for me based on an app order that was very detailed. Will have to try another Edo another time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dont understand what's wrong with this chain. You hardly get 4 slices of mushroom, 2 florets of broccoli and even if you ask for extra meat, you hardly get even half a breast of chicken. This used to be an amazing chain now just a very greedy place that wants to charge you a buck something to add just green onions on top.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service and the food was “ok”. They look very busy. ?Sushi was really sloppy, as in ever! ?The bento box was poorly arranged. I think these guys need a lady working with them.
