★ ★ ★ ★ ★ STAY AWAY FROM THIS TOXIC COMPANY!!! They are earning money by making loopholes to customers. Economical is really the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with, I got was that my insurance was cancelled and that my house without insurance for some months .I got zero notifications ,nothing in the mail or email, when I called to discuss with them they were extremely rude and unprofessional. As you can Probly see with all the other one star review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst experience we are going through, my husband is suffering from Anxiety because of this company his business van somebody put on fire on fire in September in result company did total loss, still its been 3 months now we are waiting for the claim so lateback , irresponsive towards clients. If i keep on seeing my husband suffering from this just because of you guys I'm very serious i will have to take a big step.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No communication, no contact, they don't return calls and don't answer the e-mails. The only way you can get to hear from them is reporting the situation to the AMF and CHAD against the expert.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst insurance you can go with. My van got fire on 25 September and today is 25 nov. They said it’s a total loss. The van is still fixable as someone put fire on my van purposely and we saw fire very soon and got control on fire fast. Now the amount they want to pay me is not fare amount of which my van is worth but I even agreed to the amount they said they will give me. On 5th of November 2021 they said they found a mistake on my company name which was there fault as i have all the proof as for both times while insuring my both vans I sent them registration of my vans in which company name is right so the mistake on my company name is made by them. And i fave sent them all the proofs on the same day on 5 nov 2021. The broker said everything is good there just be a delay but everything should be ok. It should take maximum 1 week but he will try to rush it. And now it’s been 20 days every time i call they don’t answer and today when I called with another no my broker name( Thierry menhon ng ) answered right away and told me that i can do complaints. I never said that i will do complaints or anything I always been nice to him but he said that i can do complaints. Now i will do whatever i can. I will do complaints ,will put it on social media and will go to consumer court also if i have to. Do not go to this company. They do every efforts to make small business close as soon as there is any claims. I will share my whole story soon with pictures and proof. I should have read reviews about this company before getting insured from them. ??

Have a look at their "About Us" page - "We make one simple promise to our customers: We'll be there when you need us most. When the unexpected happens, you can count on Economical to take care of the details so you can get on with your life.
Customers are at the heart of everything we do, and our strong and diverse teams rally together to deliver reliable solutions for homes, vehicles, farms, and other complex commercial operations." now that's hysterical - especially when it takes over 1 month to get anything done - my experience with Economical - car stolen Oct.3, found Oct.4 and towed to municipal garage - sat there until Oct.20 because I finally lost patience and called my own towing company to bring the vehicle to my dealership - still waiting for the "adjuster" to show up and "evaluate" - normally a stolen/recovered car is done within the same week - with this company, it will take forever to reply, forever to lift a finger, forever to move...their excuse? We are working from home ... Hello??? so is half of the world!! Once my contract is up with them, I am going to run as far away from them as possible, I advise anyone reading this post to do the same... they should change to "We make one simple promise to our customers, we will take your money and forget who you are. We won't be there when you need us most because we will be enjoying our martinis by the beach"
so frustrating that someone that has no idea about insurance, is forced to learn quickly and take matters into their own hands

Isn’t that crazy or what???
My own policy doesn’t even cost me $1000 a year.
