Accident was in November 2017. They kept my car for over a month. When I picked it up, I noticed a lot of noise. Called them the next day. They could not be bothered. Finally got the issues resolved in February 2018. Took 4 extra visits. 3 test drives with their people. 4 extra days off work. Their initial quality process does not exists. Should there be a problem, good luck getting the help you need to get your affairs running in a timely fashion. Do not recommend, Stay away!

READ BELOW BEFORE BRINGING YOUR CAR HERE. Wife went in to this place to replace her bumper after someone had backed into her parked car. One week later she notices her bumper dislodges while driving normally after no incident. Realizing the bumper wasn't installed properly, she takes it back to Intact Service Center to get them to perform a proper installation, or at least honor their warranty on a faulty product. Instead she gets mansplained by someone that the bumper is a separate incident not related to her initial claim, even though there was no incident and no visible damage to her new bumper. 10 years driving this car and never had any issues, and bumper dislodges one week after they install it... Apparently too hard for these guys to see the correlation (or easier not too), and too much sweat off their backs to honor their warranty. Never seen customer service this bad before - Will be filing a formal complaint.

Really bad experience this morning. My car was hit last week from behind. The women that assess the damage on the cars was really rude. I had my two girls with me and I was really shocked. She was suggesting that I was not hit by the car that ran into mine (even if I have photos of the insurance and permit of the other driver, and the cell number). It was not a hit & run!!! Why is she suggesting that I am an liar? Bad manners. Bad service. Bad employees!

I drove by the place the first time and they guided me back. Everyone was very patient and really outgoing. While waiting you can help yourself to a beverage and a snack, but you never have to wait long enough to actually drink or eat. :D They did a super job on the car and even straightened out my dented licence plate. The rental car was a dream and didn't cost me a dime, except to fill it back up before bringing it back when my car was ready. Hopefully there will be no more accidents, but should it happen, I will definitely go back there.

Had a great experience here. The service center itself is awesome, amazing staff and answered all my questions. However, the service rep was hard to contact and rarely responded, but that is not the fault of this location as the rep is located at a downtown office of some sort. Just wished the overall experience was better, but would recommend this service center to anyone involved with Intact.
