★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever, I have been calling them for a month trying to cancel my policy with Wawanesa. Have been with Wawanesa for 30 years very bad move on them to go to brokers like these. It has ruined their business. Will not recommend Wawanesa and Fort to anybody. Nobody answers the phone and nobody listens to the voicemails to give a call back. Why even have a phone number at this point?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was a problem with the phonelines when I called about home insurance, the line was crackling and I could barely hear the person on the other end. After many call backs and failed fixes, the man on the line used his personal cell phone to call me and chat. Fadi was incredibly easy to talk to, and he genuinely tried to get me a fair price. I know its just an insurance call, but the fact he tried so hard, seriously made my week.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why did Wawanesa give my policy to this company when I never chose them? Worst brokers ever. Having a hard time reaching someone to get information about my home insurance policy. Left on hold forever for last two days. Will be leaving Wawanesa because of their stupidity to assign me with a broker I never chose.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am surprised by so many good evaluations. Two days i have been trying to talk with an agent. Sending an email was also a failure. Will most probably switch. No more broker. What will happen when i REALLY need them? This time was only for an information. It could have been treated in 5 minutes. So be carefull.
I trusted Wawanessa for many years. They made a mistake by giving their business, imho. Prices are important. SERVICE is just MORE important.
