★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Steve's style is straightforward, direct and effective. I'm back on my XC skis in 2 weeks after pulling up lame with a bad knee. You leave with a good regimen of recovery exercises matched with your progress.
Also left with some handy tips on reducing stress on knees in explosive kettle-bell exercises.
Highly recommend!

Not only is he a good a physio but he also helped me incorporate training while healing. He continues to teach me how to practice good form and reduce risk of future injuries. Highly recommend to pay him a visit!
