I purchased my first home in 2018 with the help of Jade and Ann who guided me through a process that was new and intimidating to me. They provided first class guidance throughout the entire process. Not only did they keep me informed at every step they were also engaged and prompt, and never left me hanging.
Their deep knowledge of the montreal real estate market helped guide my decision on where and what to purchase. They assuaged my doubts and fears in stressful moments, and guided me to make the best decisions possible. I was immensely happy with my decision to work with them.
Three years down the line (2021) I once again worked with Tevin and Jade at Team Malka to sell my property. I had a very tricky transaction that needed to line up with a cross-country move and a concurrent real estate purchase in another province. Tevin, Jade, and Ann handled the whole process end-to-end and did an amazing job working with my stressful timeline while providing expert sellers guidance to me. The whole process was frictionless without sacrificing thoroughness.
