I was looking to move to Montreal from BC and Shon not only helped me find a suitable place, he went above and beyond to make sure I found what I was looking for and stayed in contact with me throughout the month to ensure I made into the apartment without any issues. I couldn’t be happier, one of the best rental experiences I’ve had by a long shot, definitely recommend first stays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An awesome service! I was in a hurry to find a place after moving back to Montreal and after visiting 15+ appartements I have met with Rand, one of the company’s leasing agents, her pro-active assistance in my situation has resulted in me securing a great place within 2 days.
To say that Rand’s support was efficient is an understatement, I have absolutely no doubt that I would still be looking for a place until now if it wasn’t for Rand’s helpful advice and effective assistance.
