P	Philip Meffe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience dealing with individuals has mostly been courteous but I found their handling of a co-owner notification of a potential problem far from stellar and disturbing. The first recommendation, from Wilkar, was to hire a plumber, at my expense, to confirm the problem was with hot water distribution. A few well asked questions would have confirmed this. I doubt I will ever know what the root cause of the problem is. My concern with Wilkar's approach that it appears like an abdication of problem solving, it keeps the perceived problem as an individual issue rather than a collective issue to be led by Wilkar.

I own several condos and have experienced first hand what a bad property management company looks like. Wilkar is the 3rd management company I have dealt with and they are by far the best one. My family had to move between 3 airbnbs and be relocated for over 30 days while waiting for our floors to be replaced (the job only took 3 days to complete). Wilkar managers were flaky at best with their communication, did not coordinate with the contractors they hired, lost our keys, then had their contract cancelled by the board of directors of our syndicate for breach of contract! They also avoid responding by email and will call you instead so there's no proof. I'm glad I refused calls and only kept email contact so I have prove of this incompetence smh

I had a few requests that spanned months, but I feel they could have been handled much quicker. Charged $225 in admin fees to sell my condo, for a 1 page "formulaire pour la vente d'une partie privative", which left a bad taste.
A	Anthony Gay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I discovered an issue with the water in my condo during my last stay in Montreal and contacted the Lowney Sur Ville Community Manager at Wilkar for information - thinking that I would need to hire someone to correct my problem. She called me back later that afternoon and asked me several questions about my issue. She determined the problem quickly and, much to my surprise, advised me the issue would be corrected by my Owners' Association. The plumber she sent over did an OUTSTANDING job - very professional and exceedingly courteous. Many thanks for a job well done! All around wonderful experience.
