I have been trying to reach them for 2 days now, and every time I call I am placed on hold for 20-30 minutes. I am ready to jump ship and move on to another insurance company, with MUCH BETTER customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Same problem as others posted here. There is a more than 15 minute wait to speak to an agent. And the agents change constantly. I received a renewal notice sighed by one agent, but she moved to another post before I could even pay my renewal.

We are now April, nobody will return my calls to cancel my contract but they are still taking out money of my account every month though. I was told from a secretary I had to cancel in writing. Sent a letter, it never happens..When I get a new car Very soon they will never get another dime from me!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They keep raising the premium. I looked around and found better deals (all last minute). They "matched" what I found but added 22 cents... not good at loyalty. Been with them since 2012.
Edit 2019, may 16th: They never contacted me after their automatic response to this review... that is their day to day commitment to their customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I filled out their online form and someone finally phoned me back after a week but only to get all my private information. The representative told me they were busy and someone would phone the next day at 3. It never happened and its been a few weeks. I'm not happy about giving all my private information for their files without even a quote! I can't imagine how well a claim would be processed.
