★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Okay these guys are not only great they are convenient and for $60 my car looked like you could put it back in the showroom thanks guys you are the best. BUT that was my first time. Last two visits were not great at all, still no response from managment. They are not the cheapest, but I do not mind paying for the convenience and the quality...so, now 3 stars and one more chance...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the most that I had ever paid for a complete car wash, and the worst car wash that I ever had. My car interior was admittedly quite dirty, but they neglected to vacuum or to clean various difficult-to-reach areas, including cover around parking brake, corners of seats, under seats, seams of rear seats, storage area in rear, hubcaps, storage compartment between two front seats, etc. There were a dozen areas of evident dirt remaining, including on the exterior. I had explicitly asked that dirt that had accumulated in small holes of the seats be cleaned, admittedly a difficult and time-consuming task, but this was only partially done. I am not a perfectionist or a clean freak, but this job was simply not adequate. After 24 hours, when I first took a close look at the back seat, I called the manager to tell him that I was not satisfied. I told him that this was the worst car wash that I had ever had. He was unpleasant and sarcastic, but told me to bring the car back. I did so immediately, and each area that I showed to him he said "we washed this" or "we don't do these areas" or "the dirt is stuck on." He refused to do anything to remedy my complaints and said "I'm not going to waste my time on this" and walked off. I brought the car home and washed the areas myself, and with a little scrubbing of course the dirt came off. But some of the areas require specialized vacuuming and cleaning tools which I do not have. Also, there is no evidence of application of armor-all, though they advertise this as part of the service. I have been a regular customer for about 20 years The former owner operator of the Alexis Nihon car wash was very nice and very efficient. Not so for the current management. Despite the convenient location, I recommend that you take your business elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total rip off... I paid $70 and it was worse than an automatic car wash. The photo i've included was 5 minutes later after i left. I couldn't tell that things were still dirty when i was at the place because the lighting in the parking lot wasn't great. The service I paid for was not delivered. The outside looks like it was cleaned, although not very well, upon closer inspection. The inside was barely touched. The rubber mats were wet-ish. I could have paid a teenager $20 to do a better job... and this took over an hour. The best thing I can say is that the guy I dealt with was friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am going to sue!!! What did you use cleaning a car??? did you use steel towel?? Got scratches a lot!! Is it value for pay $70?? This Jaguar F-face is brand new. I wanna cry!! The police said this is not a crime. So I need to sue ?? they never say sorry ever. And that's not their fault. Insane Montréal service!!
