Working with Hapag is pointless. The effort that you put into giving a flawless service to attract new customers is taken away by Hapag in a second. Good rates are not given anymore by the volume of containers that you bring but they are rather given to only a very few FF chosen by Hapag(sales) and this is not negotiable. They are cheats and unfair. To see that a carrier acts this way right in the open is just ridiculous. I've been doing everything I can to move business away from them JUST LIKE THEY DO. (Not to mention the latest rumor that clients are being sold to other FF to the point that FFs are hiding their shippers on BL).

The worst freight company I had to deal with ever. Service standards are below zero. Google should start having red starts for failure and this company will get 5 red stars. I asked them to move my container from Montreal to Ottawa, they gave me the fees without the invoice or the way to pay it then they started charging me for the delay of the bill. The whole moving charge is 600 usd dollars and the delay charge was 400 usd. Never gonna deal with them again. All the ladies that were picking up the phone calls were rude some of them hanged up on me while I was talking. After the driver arrived to my storage door they charged me extra 120 Usd dollars and why because he was waiting, well if he doesn't know I was trying to clear my 20' container it's not gonna magically empty itself in an hour or two. It took me three hours to do it and guess what I was charged for that and the driver with all rudeness he got in the world gave me a broom and he's like clean the container !!!!! Worst of the worst and unprofessional.

Montreal customer service and managerial staff lack any professional integrity and seem to lack any understanding of the fundamental basis of service. The entire management staff require professional training or dismissed.
